Ever since I can remember, Joe has always been a scary guy.  Back then, he could have been classified as a "nosy neighbour"; always telling us to cut our lawn, trim our bushes, get our meowing cat out of the tree, you know things like that. I created this website as a joke in the summer of 03', and have since changed it to a regularly-updated entertainment page with information and videos of Joe. I try to record videos of Joe out on his daily stroll, or around the yard and sometimes even get interviews with him. As a matter of fact, I recently sent out my reporter to do interviews with Joe, which turned out to be successful. We recorded some valuable information as a result of those. I didn't get along with Joe for a long time, until a few months ago. We're buddies now. He doesn't really like me, but I just approach him and try to start some chit-chat with him, although he usually ignores me. This is not really meant for retaliation or revenge. This site is meant for humour purposes ONLY. Please don't sue. Hehe.
